None. The app does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos, or location. We do not operate any analytics, advertising, or tracking, and the app contains no third-party tracking SDKs.
Trip records, pay periods, vehicles, services, client names, notes, and your driver and company name are stored only on your device, in the app's private storage. This data is never sent to us or to any third party. It is included in your device's normal iCloud or computer backups, which are controlled entirely by you through your Apple settings.
You can permanently delete all of this data at any time from Settings → Clear All Data, or by deleting the app.
When you export a PDF or CSV timesheet, the file is created on your device and goes only where you choose to send it through the standard iOS share sheet (for example, email or Files). We have no access to exported files.
To show Kauai weather, tides, the Hanalei Bridge status, traffic, and maps, the app makes requests to public data services, including:
These requests fetch public, general conditions for Kauai. As with any internet request, the receiving service can see your device's IP address, but the app does not send your name, your timesheet data, or any account identifier to them.
If you enable the optional app lock, authentication is performed entirely by iOS through Apple's LocalAuthentication framework. The app only receives a success or failure result. Your biometric data never leaves your device and is never seen by the app.
Kauai VIP 2026 is a tool for working drivers and is not directed to children. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
